Research into company history was undertaken in newspapers and magazines archives, press and photo libraries as well as the British Library. A wealth of revealed hitherto unknown stories and leads concerning eminent historic guests (Royalty, film stars, scientists, artists, politicians, aristocrats and authors), events, decor, staff and hospitality sector innovations was discovered. A searchable resource was created for the marketing team.
